Dr. Tressler created this studio to fill a vital gap: providing a safe, supportive place to restore your foundation of movement, strength, and balance. We are committed to helping people in their 40s, 50s, and beyond regain the ability to do the things they love—like playing with family or traveling without pain or weakness creeping in.
This is more than a gym; it’s a medically-informed approach to functional movement in Murrysville where you move smarter, not just push harder. We are proud to be part of the In8Life Health Complex, the area’s largest combined chiropractic and functional fitness facility.
Dr. Tressler grew up right here in the Delmont area with a lifelong passion for health and movement. After graduating with a degree in Adaptive Health & Physical Education, a life-changing personal experience with chiropractic care—which resolved his own persistent back pain—inspired him to continue his education and become a chiropractor.
A competitive rugby player for over 38 years, Dr. Tressler has overcome countless severe injuries, including a torn rotator cuff and a broken scapula. Despite these challenges, he credits his active lifestyle to regular chiropractic care combined with specific functional movement workouts.
Today, Dr. Tressler brings these same principles to our studio. His mission is simple: to help people restore their health, move with strength and confidence, and experience a better quality of life through natural, corrective care and foundational training.
Jeric Fry is a lifelong coach and movement specialist with a passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
After serving in the Marine Corps, Jeric discovered how powerful movement and mindset can be in creating balance and resilience. He is committed to guiding others especially those who may feel hesitant or unsure about starting fitness toward a healthier, more active lifestyle.
Jeric believes fitness isn't about "pushing harder" it’s about meeting you where you are, moving at your pace, and building strength step by step. He is committed to creating a welcoming space where beginners feel safe and empowered to take back their health.
